He went 110% above & beyond the call of duty, even taking his personal time after work hours to ensure I had my car courteous, knowledgable, & kind. Greg was our service advisor this time and he is absolutely golden. Our '14 Odyssey had a very expensive engine problem - same as what Honda had extended warranties for on earlier models (but not ou absolutely golden.
