Other than the fact that my car was ready and sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes, because my service manager was gone to lunch. I fuel pump. I had made an appointment for recall service of fuel pump module and oil change. Honda had notified me the part of was available. I confirmed my appointment. Was not told to call before I got there to con module and oil change. Honda had notified me the part of was available. I confirmed my appointment. Was not told to call before I got there to confirm. When I got there at 7am they could not do the recall work because they did not have the part. Will have to go back for recall work when they can get the part. The oil change was done. Just wish I had been notified that the recall part was not actually there before I went so early. The service advisor was very apologetic and have no problem with him. More
