I can't say enough good things about the great experience I had buying my new honda civic at Rusty Wallis. As far as I'm concerned they are the best in Texas. The customer service was excellent. Brandon Rodenhaver was awesome right from the get go. He made everything go really smooth & easy!! I went in with the expectation this would probably be another night I would go home without a new car... My Dad and I had already been to 2 other dealerships and to be quiet honest it was a nightmare. The thing I like about Rusty Wallis dealership is they have employees that have many years of experience which makes a huge difference in the type of service you get. I went in thinking that I would finance thru my personal bank but boy was I surprised. The finance person was able to get me a low rate, payment I could afford, and an extra warrenty on my honda for 7 years. This is besides the power train warranty. The mananger was very understanding and really worked hard to give me several options to choose from. The hour and a half drive was worth every penny. I would recommend Rusty Wallace to anyone buying a car in Texas!!! Don't forget to ask for Brandon Rodenhaver...Great Guy!!!! Wendy Whitten More
I got the review from this site said that Rusty is high rate. However, their price is higher than my friend got 10 months ago. I think they increased their price for Clunkers. They emailed me the price with TTL, actually they give me the price is $1500 higher than the price give me on the internet. I asked them to remove this overprice acc. They said they can not. It is truely cheating on the internet price quote. I will never buy a car from them. I high advise to avoid them. More
bait and switch was used on me. I was given a good price on line but when i went to the dealer they wanted over $2k extra for the option they installed. I did not want any of the options and the price for t on line but when i went to the dealer they wanted over $2k extra for the option they installed. I did not want any of the options and the price for the option was extremly high for an example $500 to tint front two windows. They would not offer fair market value for trade in. I was given $7000 for my trade so i took it to another Honda dealer they gave me $9100. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
I searched the Dallas area for Honda Dealers and by far this dealership had the best deals, compared to Houston area,Shreveport Louisiana area. I told my husband as soon as we get there they're going to change the price. Kevin comes out and ask us are we ready to have fun and I look at my husband like here we go. Kevin, then look at me and said you don't like dealerships do you, I told him no, hate them. He told me I would change my mind by the time we were done. On the test drive he laughed and talked and we opened up alot to him, he told us the hard part was over. We asked what was hard about that,he said you liked the car. I told him no we still have to work numbers, he said I gave you the numbers on the internet. Now we did buy the adds at a very fair price, we signed the paper he took us to finance and we were done. If you ever go to Rusty Wallis ask for Kevin he is the greatest. We are going to get another car from him. Like he said he the MAN. More
I came in with less than an hour to closing and they still were able to get it done and to my satisfaction. It didn't take very long to get it completed. I brough tmy Element in for an oil change late in the day. You all were pretty backed up, and it usually just takes an hour to do, but my service guy still got me out of there within an hour and a half. day. Initially I had gone in for my 30K mile maintenance, but the tech working on my car found that a previous dealership had not noticed my two back tires were worn out and needed to be replaced. This was due to the lower control on them were too short, which was covered under warranty, however my tires were not covered. Initially, I was skeptical, but they said there should have been a loud noise coming from the back of my car. I have had a few people notice that, but I always thought it was because it was a civic and they always were loud. Apparently, the noise slowly got louder over time, so I really didn't notice a difference. After repair, I noticed a MAJOR difference in the noise, especially on the highway! Thank you to the technician at Rusty Wallis! However, I do think the tires should have been covered as well since I regularly take my car on time for its maintenance and oil changes. This should have been picked up a long time ago by the other dealership. More
