Bernard Williams came in on his off day when I picked up my car. If all of your sales people were like Bernard, you would have an empty lot every day. I originally went to John Eagle and the salesman didn't my car. If all of your sales people were like Bernard, you would have an empty lot every day. This was my first visit to Rusty Wallis Honda. I was a first-time Honda buyer. Murphy was very friendly and informative. He asked me to tell him what features I wanted and did a great job of identifying first-time Honda buyer. Murphy was very friendly and informative. I really enjoyed working with him. I also met Mike Anderson (Sales Manager) who was very friendly. Both made it very clear that they were there to help me find the right car. Murphy also introdueced me to Julio Reyes in the Service Department. Amir Hamghalan in the Finance Department was also great to work with. He explained the contract and discussed other optional packages. He suggested the ones he thought would be most beneficial to me and answered all of my questions. It was totally great experience, and I'm glad I stopped there first when I started looking for my first Honda! More

Great experience. Everyone was polite, respectful of my time, and listened to what I wanted. I personally thank Brandon - he was not at all pushy, however, he answered each and everyone of my sometimes ch time, and listened to what I wanted.
