When I bought the car everything was wonderful. I first had issues with my car at 12,000 miles. I took it to the service department and they test drove it and did a visual...said nothing was wrong with my had issues with my car at 12,000 miles. Now a few months later and at 19,000 miles I have had to get a new set of tires. I continuously got a run around about whose fault this was...from cheap tires, that the dealership puts on the car to the shop where I get my oil changes done because they did not inform me about rotating my tires when I got my oil changed. I have since found out that my alignment was out on my car but they never looked at anything else on my car. I will never take my car back to this dealership for service. I have tried to contact the general manager of the dealership also with absolutely no response from him either. We will be in the market for another car in the next year or so and I will NOT every buy one from this dealership and I am not even sure if I will buy another Honda. More

John Hargis is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I can't say the same for the sales manager. If I had to solely work with him, I would have walked out the door and gone to another dealership. Very please with the sales approach and reasonableness of the pricing. Not the normal annoying hard sale and constant attempts to up-sale when I am not interested. Side note; both the sales rep and finance guy were more than gracious and patient with my 8 and 5 year old nephews who were in full little boy activity during the entire visit. Both the gentlemen should be given accolades for their good nature and professionalism while in the presence of M&M fuel laden boys who attempted to use them as jungle gyms and white boards for the markers. These gentelmen were truely grace under pressure. More
