She demoed the car in a very thorough way and was willing to let us drive the car for as much time as we thought was necessary. She was great at answering questions, and she had very good product knowledge. We had to wait for the car to arrive at the dealership, and she was very good about keeping us informed as to when it would show up. She even came in on her day off to deliver the car to us.
