This is the first time in 15 years that we have purchased a new vehicle instead of a used one. I did my homework and after a month of research, we had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles. Paul Hahn was, by far, the most knowledgable salesperson we had encountered. The ONLY unpleasantry was when Paul Hahn's "boss" came out (another Paul) to inform me about my trade-in. (The papers had already been signed, loan approved and I had taken possession of the new car the day before.) They had agreed to pay $4000 (based on a point scale) of the trade-in. He stated that now that he had actually seen the car it was only worth $3500. (According to KBB LOW trade-in was $5360.) I said I would be happy to bring the new car back, he said he didn't want to make any waves, so he would leave it alone. So ... what was the purpose? To undermine the customer or make them feel bad over $500 when I had just purchased a new car for $29000? More

Stewart greeted me with graciousness and immediately began the discussion of how to best meet my needs in terminating my present lease and getting a new car. I chose the new Honda Accord and am very pleased with my decision. Stewart facilitated every part of the transaction and was very careful about respecting my thoughts and opininions as well as the time we were spending together. He really worked efficiently, meeting my needs but not wasting an excessive amount of time. Since my purchase, he has followed up to check on things and responded to a couple of email questions quickly and thoroughly. This is actually the fourth car my family has purchased from Rusty Wallis and we will continue to do business with them and recommend the dealership. More

This was my first time buying a car and I have heard stories of car sales men/women being very rude and mean and unwilling to work with someone. I thank God that Tommy and Soraya were the ones who wer stories of car sales men/women being very rude and mean and unwilling to work with someone. Tommy has a wonderful personality and spirit he was willing to work with me on price and didn't stop until he did everything in his power to get me the best deal. Soreya was the female sales person who was working with me also who brought me at ease because i didn't feel so male dominated lol! they both worked together to give me an experience i will never forget.
