I was open to test driving several makes and models of vehicles so I emailed several representatives of several car makers. First of all Honda is the most sincere and honest in its pricing. Ronnie was my first contact at Rusty Wallis through internet pricing program. He was honest and although he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but he was honest and persistent. I decided to test drive at Rusty Wallis because of Ronnie's courteous but continuous pursuit. On Saturday when I came in for a test drive, Eric Lucy assisted me in test driving a Fit and a Civic. Eric knew his vehicles. He told me more than I could remember about both of them! He was patient and listened to my many questions. He wasn't pushy and was very courteous. I was fully intending to go to a Ford dealership to test drive. I was bound and determined, actually! But I enjoyed so much dealing with Eric and I really felt that I would be given a great and fair deal at Rusty Wallis Honda. I was treated fairly and I did get a GREAT deal. This is from a person who has owned at least 10 Fords! Finally, Zaffar was great when working with me on the financing. He explained in detail everything about the extended warranties and other coverage. We worked together to decide the best plan for me. This dealership is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. They are honest and very straight froward. Many people say buying a car is a very unpleasant experience. Well, these people have never been to Rusty Wallis Honda. They never high pressure you, they truly work to get you the best deal possible, and are always friendly and accommodating. We we lucky enough to work with Dan Ashton on our last two purchases. All the folks at Rusty Wallis are very good, but Dan is FANTASTIC. He makes you feel as if he is working for you, not the dealership. Dan is very laid back, easy going, and friendly. If I did not live in the Dallas area, I would drive drive from another state to work with Dan next time we buy a vehicle. More
