I came into Rusty Wallis to see if they can save me money with my gas guzzlin Ridgeline which i loved very much. I just didn't like paying for the gas. I did rate the price as good and not great but that is only because i was upside on the Ridgeline....i know that my new Civic will save me money in the long run. My overall experience was a blessing and i am so grateful Ronnie was the person who came out meet with me and my family. More

I had a lot of bad experiences when I dealt with some dealerships in my area. Frankly, I don't want to deal with them anymore, so I asked Rusty Wallis (I live around 20 miles away from this dealership) q dealerships in my area. I received a good deal quote from John, and it looked like a (as usual) bait and switch game. After I talked to John, then I realized that it is a real good deal. I visited Rusty Wallis dealership on Saturday morning, and I met with John and Ronnie. I checked the car and got a lot of information from Ronnie. Later, Ronnie asked Paul Sisk to join the discussion, and I ended up with buying a brand new 2013 Odyssey the same day! The process is very easy because both of them are friendly and very professional. Finally, Billy took care of the financial and documentation things and made the transaction smooth.
