I came into Rusty Wallis to see if they can save me money with my gas guzzlin Ridgeline which i loved very much. I just didn't like paying for the gas. Ronnie came out to assist me and was very honest and helpful from the beggining. His customer service was spectacular he wasn't pushy....in fact, he didn't seems like a "sales person" at all. I did rate the price as good and not great but that is only because i was upside on the Ridgeline....i know that my new Civic will save me money in the long run. My overall experience was a blessing and i am so grateful Ronnie was the person who came out meet with me and my family. More
My husband had talked to Stewart Cloer a few weeks ago about purchasing a new Honda. Stewart has kept in touch with me since I told him I wouldn't be ready to purchase until the end of April. Sent Stewart an email asking him if they had a particular 2013 Honda Accord, and, if they did, would he have it ready for me to test drive later that day. Went after work, took it for a test drive, and drove it home later that evening. Stewart was very helpful and knowledgeable. Billie Robertson handled the financial part; he, too, was very nice. This is my second new car purchase from Rusty Wallis Honda and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Stewart Cloer for your new car purchase! More

I had a lot of bad experiences when I dealt with some dealerships in my area. Frankly, I don't want to deal with them anymore, so I asked Rusty Wallis (I live around 20 miles away from this dealership) q dealerships in my area. Frankly, I don't want to deal with them anymore, so I asked Rusty Wallis (I live around 20 miles away from this dealership) quote through Edmunds.com. I received a good deal quote from John, and it looked like a (as usual) bait and switch game. After I talked to John, then I realized that it is a real good deal. I visited Rusty Wallis dealership on Saturday morning, and I met with John and Ronnie. I checked the car and got a lot of information from Ronnie. Later, Ronnie asked Paul Sisk to join the discussion, and I ended up with buying a brand new 2013 Odyssey the same day! The process is very easy because both of them are friendly and very professional. Finally, Billy took care of the financial and documentation things and made the transaction smooth. Want to know more good news? John delivered my new Odyssey on Monday and taught me to pair my cellphone with the Odyssey's bluetooth system.
