We showed up on Monday night about 15 minutes until close and after one of the salesmen passing us off John was ready to help. Being in sales myself I respected how he treated us even though they were about and after one of the salesmen passing us off John was ready to help. About 5 minutes after closing time John brought the car around and asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. John was very flexible with us and allowed me to bring my trade in for an appraisal the next day on my way to work, so that my wife could come back that evening and start the process of nailing down a price and options. I was able to come back Tuesday, once again after the dealership closed, and John had the car ready and all i had to do was sign the papers and get the keys. My family and I have bought cars from Rusty Wallis and will continue to in the future. As long as John Hargis is working there he will receive any business I can send his way, as well as my business. Brad White, my sales associate, was very helpful and straightforward. I told him what kind of car I was looking for, and he gave me the best options they had, without trying to convince me otherwise or straightforward. Everyone was so helpful from the used car lot to the new car lot. Jarret tore himself away from his office to help me because I talked to him earlier in the day about a used car I saw online. The customer service experience at Rusty Wallis was much better that the other 2 dealerships I had been to that day. This was my first time buying a pre-owned car. I had very specific criteria and these guys were able to deliver. Upon arriving to the lot I was greeted by Kirk Yost, he had the requested car waiting for me to drive. I went on the test drive and knew that was not the one for me. We talked a little more about their inventory within my criteria and found another car for me test drive. Bernard Williams presented the vehicle and took over. When I say took over, I mean that literally. He opened the door for me and the family to get in and he jumped in as well!! I was taken back until I learned that he and Kirk really work together as a team. Upon the completion of the test drive, Bernard continued to share the features of the vehicle and the service at Rusty Wallis. I did not decide right away, but Bernard confidently said I would be back! I thought how arrogant. I did return a day later to pick up a very nice certified pre-owned Honda Accord. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. I wasn't expecting the paperwork process to move as quickly as it did, a bit rushed actually. Be it known that the deal was sealed before I returned on my end. I'm glad to be a new member of the Rusty Wallis family. I heard great things about them, now I get to experience it for myself. Here's to the beginning a beautiful friendship! More
