After checking stock, he said they didn't have the specific car color I wanted, but could quickly get it for me. I agreed, and he had a new car prepped and ready to go for me in two days. He even drove to Frisco to bring me to the dealer! Excellent customer service. I also met with Syed Abidi on financing alternatives, and worked out an excellent package. Overall the dealership was easy to deal with, was direct with pricing, and delivered what they promised. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend both David, and Rusty Wallis Honda. I found the overall experience with this dealership outstanding. We had a 2009 Odyssey LX that had reached the end of lease and we needed to make a decision on buying the car, turning it into the leasi outstanding. I called the dealearship becuase they had been doing all the service on our 2008 Accord and the Odyssey and they were offering an unbelievable deal on a new 2013 Odyssey EXL that was only about $80 more than our LX lease but with no out of pocket expense with the trade of our old 2009 Odyssey. Jim made an appointment with us but when we got to the dealership he was tied up with another customer and turned us over to Kenneth Boyd. Kenneth was wonderful, helpful and there was absolutely np pressure from him. We did 100% of the deal with him and closed that night with the car iof our dreams. We love the car, the deal we got and the overall experience could not have been better. We are huge Disney fans and Kenneth was leaving the next day for Wal Disney World with his wife and grandchildren so we had a lot in common and we were both Vietnam War vets. I highly recommend Rusty to our frieds and associates. I hate buying a new car but this was the best experience we have ever had and would do it again any time. More

My past experience with car dealerships was down right annoying: high pressure to purchase whether I was certain I wanted to buy or not, lengthy process of back and forth on price, and waiting forever to get credit approval wasted hours of my time, and made certain I would not return to these other dealerships. My first purchase was a used 2008 Honda Fit that I picked out online at the Rusty Wallis website. The actual time I spent at the dealership was 45 minutes since I was able to do most paperwork online, and faxed over a few documents. A piece of cake! Loved it! The next two purchases took about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to departure in my brand new Honda Civics, a 2012 and a 2013 respectively. Of course, knowing exactly what I wanted in a vehicle assisted in the process. Rusty Wallis Sales and Financing helped to fill in the rest of the satisfying purchasing experiences. I purchased new Honda Accord EX-L V6 by first using their site on the internet and then picking it up a few days later at the dealership. Overall, my experience was excellent. I worked primarily with the internet manager (Jess) who was responsive, communicative and helpful. The car I chose was on the lot, so it was quickly prepped and ready for me a few days later. There's not any particular that I can complain about here. I had traded in a 2012 Toyota Highlander intially for a Honda Accord Sport....then came back a few days later to upgrade the sport to a EXL-V6. The finance process went quickly (about 30 minutes) and finance didn't push the extras if you didn't want to hear about them. Overall...A+.
