Factory Recall Notice Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 & showed up at the appointed time. Was greeted promptly & indicated an appointment with Jeff. Was told he was with a client & would join us when finished, but that the Service writer with me would get started on the paperwork. He finished it before Jeff could join us, pointed out the waiting room & Jeff came by about 10 minutes later. He confirmed car was in shop for work & should be done in about an hour. Jeff called me @ 11:25 to sign the release paperwork & I was out the door in minutes. Great SERVICE which I have received several times before when bringing the car in for maintenance servicing.
