In fact, just 45 days prior to this purchase I bought my wife a Honda Pilot at another dealership. Unfortunately, that dealerships customer service in the sales department prevented me from buying my 2018 Accord there. Due to this, I reached out to Rusty Wallis online and met Rodney Lockett. Rodney listened to what I needed and came up with a plan to work around my demanding work schedule. Rodney did every single thing he said he would do through the process and his follow up was perfect. He has great product knowledge, was not pushy but still a professional sales person and worked hard to get the deal done! The management staff I met when I closed the deal were the same way. If you are in the market for a new Honda I would highly recommend giving Rusty Wallis a call and asking for Rodney! More

However, we already had an appointment set up with John Hargis, so we already had fast service. John was very patient with my husband and I being first time car buyers. He was very knowledgable and personable. We definitely recommend using John for any of your car needs at this dealership! The only disappointing thing about our car buying experience is that we weren’t able to drive off the lot with a full tank of gas. We had to go fill up right after we left and did not get any reimbursement from the dealership. More
