He was very knowledgable and personable. We definitely recommend using John for any of your car needs at this dealership! The only disappointing thing about our car buying experience is that we weren’t able to drive off the lot with a full tank of gas. We had to go fill up right after we left and did not get any reimbursement from the dealership. More

Express Service Oil Change Needed an oil change and used Express Service. Apparently my regular guy, Jeff Peterson, doesn't handle Express Service, but I was taken care of by St Needed an oil change and used Express Service. Apparently my regular guy, Jeff Peterson, doesn't handle Express Service, but I was taken care of by Steve Urena, who was very helpful, and I was out of there in less than an hour. They said they were going to clean my windshield but only cleaned about half of it. I miss the car washes we used to get whenever we had service. More

Exceptional service and sales experience except one hiccup. Mr. Kenneth Boyd is an excellent businessman and a new friend. Additionally, he's a new car salesman who treated me kindly and as if I was his own adult child (still, do your homework and negotiate firmly). I will only buy my Honda's from him going forward. Brant Moss is another excellent salesperson but I just happened to meet Kenneth first. The dealership overall was clean, welcoming and I didn't feel overly pressured. 5 stars for everything stated above. Constructive criticism (and why I was obliged to only rate this dealership as a whole with only 4 stars. Steer clear of their finance guy, Oscar Miramontes who is a Finance business manager. It amazes me they allow this guy to have any customer contact, as he devoid of any social grace, or tact. Perhaps he's on the Autism spectrum? I've bought several used cars and while the experiences weren't bad this is the first review I've felt inclined to write. I worked with John Hargis -- he was with me when I walked through the door, ready to answer every question I had honestly, and also patient and respectful of my budget. The car looked just like the photos and, a month in, both looks and drives like a brand new car. In finance, Manny was professional, straightforward, did an excellent job explaining warranty options -- and was, again, patient and respectful of my budget goals. I hope this thing lasts as long as Civics tend to, but whenever it goes, I'll be back. Go see John. And say hi to his Rush bobble heads for me. More
