John was very very busy when I came in last minute but made me feel like I was the only customer he had. He didnt ask me to "sign something to show I'm serious" or anything either. That is really annoying when they do that! They didnt have the exact color we wanted, but they got it here fast and within a few days! Unlike the other dealers that just said how complicated it is to do a trade, john just asked us to pick a color and he will take care of the rest, and he did. I purchase 5 or 6 vehicles a year for our company and this was the most stress free purchase of the year! Also, when we went to sign, it literally took 10 minutes. He had everything ready. More
