Not what she wanted, But... What she Wanted!! My 83 year old mother purchased a Honda CR-V around the end of October this year. She did not like the one she got. Like... here are the keys. That's what she told Eric Collier Sr. the salesman and later the general manager, Mike. You have to know my mother. She don't play. This is not the car I wanted. I'm not keeping it. As Mike explained... but you've already bought this car, it's your!!!! Mother was not hearing it. This is not the car I thought I was getting... What was the dealership to do. The woman had had the car for a month, had made her first payment. What Mike the general manager, and our salesman Eric Collier Sr. did, bless their hearts, was change the cars out and give Mother the car she wanted. Not only did she get the car she wanted instead of the one she had, she got a better deal besides. Mike and Eric did that. On their owe.
