Service department tested battery and determined it was a bad battery. Glad it did not act up when I was in a place where I could not get help. More

He didn’t try to pressure me into buying the more expensive Lexus that I was also looking at. The morning after I purchased the car, the splash shield fender liner caught on something as I was turning a corner and completely tore off of the car. I was livid! I called Alan and he apologized profusely and asked me to bring it in as soon as I could. He gave me a loner car and took care of it and some scratches that were on the car when I bought it. I would definitely buy another car from him! More
