Sick to my stomach First contacted dealership over internet to express interest in a car. Told them that I had a certain amount to spend and not to have me come in if t First contacted dealership over internet to express interest in a car. Told them that I had a certain amount to spend and not to have me come in if that price wasn't attainable because it would just waste my time. I was told if I was financing absolutely it was possible. When I showed up the car wasn't ready, when it was shown to me it was full of trash. I was still interested but then they wouldn't get me the price I had requested, instead tried to sell me something else that I was not interested in. I said looks like you wasted my time and started to leave. He tried to take me to the sales manager to see what could be done, I was told they couldn't come off the price because it was certified and had a 12 month warranty. This certification was also advertised online. I left but was texted later with an offer which I declined. The sales manager then started texting insults to me back and forth until the salesman interceded and calmed me down some. He gave me a little better price and even though it was more than I wanted to spend I gave in. I did say that the certification wasn't important to me think that was the 12 year warranty thing, but the salesman said too late it has already been paid for. After speaking to finance I find out that the car could never be certified because it had too many miles, so they were false advertising from the start. Also, it only had one key and a replacement is $500+ Still we bought it, and found out the fog lamp cover had broken glass. Called to see if they would fix it and was told that I had said certification wasn't important, so they didn't even look at the car before they sold it to me. Also, I was told since I had given a bad review it wouldn't be fixed unless I changed my review to say I was a happy customer. I did that, but then still the car was not fixed. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I am sick to my stomach over they whole thing More

Dream Car I saw on Car guru that Rusty Wallis had a 2015 Acura TLX in the exterior and interior color that I wanted. Great mileage and price. Excellent Everyone was friendly and service was nice and quick. Waiting room is equipped with refreshments. The issue with my car was about the air bag. Battery replacement under warranty I went in due to my battery dying. I was on a tight schedule hoping to get a diagnosis on the battery but I was pleasantly surprised when they were ab I went in due to my battery dying.
