They only had one set of keys for my 2012 Kia Serento The salesman lost interest in the deal and i spent an extra hour after being there 4 hours after I got out of F&I . He said they only had one set of keys but any dealer gets both sets from the customer or they charge for the lost keys. I could not find the Sales Manager so I left. Bad example of customer relations. The sales manager and F&I we very helpful. The car was never detailed. and was out of gas. I thought the 4+ hour sale was gone, Can anyone go toe the used car key board and see if you have C8168 stock number. Help! P>S> The sales manager and F&I were great. More

With his knowledge of previous work I had done, and what I still needed, I saved both money, time, and got the service I needed at a good price. It was because of his quick review of my car's history, instead of assuming based on miles and years and my memory of what has been done before on my car (that has happened before). Greg reviewed quickly all my previous service history with me performed at Rusty Wallis when I went in just for an oil change, thinking I will have to go elsewhere for service. He explained what I needed, the certified Honda parts I would receive, and worked up an affordable service for me that day. So glad I was fortunate to work with Greg Fine. More

I went in, got some work done that was paid for by Honda due to an airbag recall. I made the appointment, they were ready for me and completed the work very quickly. Unlike previous visits, there were no promotional overtures made, so I was very content with the experience. Filling out this review to specifications, on the other hand, turned out to be something of an ordeal. More

No pressure demonstration. I contacted Jim Beeson to get more info on a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T as I had seen a RTL-E at the Dallas Auto Show. I clearly stated I was not ready to I contacted Jim Beeson to get more info on a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T as I had seen a RTL-E at the Dallas Auto Show. I clearly stated I was not ready to buy until later in the year but wanted more info to see if I would have any interest in a Ridgeline. Jim could not have been more helpful and accommodating to explain everything about the vehicle and set up a test drive. I asked for a bid on my truck to get some idea where I stood for a trade. After seeing the difference I would have pay, I had no interest to trade. Bill Hunt got involved and after some discussion came up with an outstanding offer for my vehicle but still more than I wanted to cough up. I asked about a lease and Bill came back with a figure I was totally happy/comfortable with and I drove out in a new RLT-T in the exact color combo I wanted that afternoon. Jim couldn't have been more helpful and I truly appreciated he was not pushy. More
