It was because of his quick review of my car's history, instead of assuming based on miles and years and my memory of what has been done before on my car (that has happened before). Greg reviewed quickly all my previous service history with me performed at Rusty Wallis when I went in just for an oil change, thinking I will have to go elsewhere for service. No pressure demonstration. I contacted Jim Beeson to get more info on a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T as I had seen a RTL-E at the Dallas Auto Show. I clearly stated I was not ready to I contacted Jim Beeson to get more info on a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T as I had seen a RTL-E at the Dallas Auto Show. I clearly stated I was not ready to buy until later in the year but wanted more info to see if I would have any interest in a Ridgeline. Jim could not have been more helpful and accommodating to explain everything about the vehicle and set up a test drive. I asked for a bid on my truck to get some idea where I stood for a trade. After seeing the difference I would have pay, I had no interest to trade. Bill Hunt got involved and after some discussion came up with an outstanding offer for my vehicle but still more than I wanted to cough up. I asked about a lease and Bill came back with a figure I was totally happy/comfortable with and I drove out in a new RLT-T in the exact color combo I wanted that afternoon. Jim couldn't have been more helpful and I truly appreciated he was not pushy. More
