Horrible Experience! I went yesterday and purchased a 2019 CRV. I Was totally shocked at how Ruben Quiroz treated us when we were doing the final paperwork. He had an attitude, don't know if he was on his monthly cycle or what. If I would of known I was going to be treated the way he did I certainly would of gone to another dealership who have professional and courteous employees. Hopefully you guys get to see the cameras/video that was in his office as evidence as to what I'm saying. Never again do I want to deal with this man next time I have to make a purchase! More
