I chose Rusty Wallis because of good experiences in the past - the purchase of my wife's car and my daughter's purchase of her car. I felt confident in the integrity of the entire organization. This was past - the purchase of my wife's car and my daughter's purchase of her car. I felt confident in the integrity of the entire organization. This was the first time I had ever purchased a car without having actually seen it, but due to the scarcity of cars available, I proceeded to negotiate a price. After almost 6 weeks of waiting, I agreed to upgrade the model in order to get something. (By the way, I realize the delay was beyond control of RW.) I was told that although the upgrade should be an additional $2500, I could get it for only $1500 more. I countered for only a $1000 increase and the final price was agreed upon. The car is beautiful, and I'm sure I will enjoy it for years to come. However... After I got the car home, I discovered the window sticker had been removed and left in my glove box. Although the "TOTAL VEHICLE PRICE" was listed at $30,530.00, the "CASH PRICE OF VEHICLE" I was charged was $33,258.98! What a deal! ...and so much for integrity. More
