I visit service department for a recall, warranty work on the rails, oil and tire rotation,, and installation of running boards. I arrived at the service department at 10AM (appointment time) and was service the rails, oil and tire rotation,, and installation of running boards. I arrived at the service department at 10AM (appointment time) and was serviced by Brian. It took 2 hours and 145 min. for the to get me a quote on installing the running boards. When I called and asked for a quote, during the time I made the appointment, the gentlemen quoted me a price of 90.00. When I arrived told me ( after 2 hours and 15 minutes) that that was the wrong quote and they must has been using the accessories price sheet. I decline the installation of the running boards because of the significant price quotes. To make matters worse, I had to ask why the repairs wasn't done on the roof then Brian inform me that it will take 3 hours for the glue to dry (when the complete rails on both sides didn't take that long to install). Then I asked him what do I need to do, make another appointment or what, he said yes you need another appointment. If I had not inquired about the f/u on the rails he would not have volunteered the information. To make matters even worst I asked why didn't I get a car wash and he told me that the line was 30 minute long and he didn't thing I would want to wait any longer. So, I just left. I came to Rusty Wall service and only received half of what I came in for. More
