A year ago I took my family member to buy a car from this dealer. We picked a new Honda Civic with a promise of oil change for 2 years or 24k miles whichever came first. First service at 5k was free but on r dealer. We picked a new Honda Civic with a promise of oil change for 2 years or 24k miles whichever came first. First service at 5k was free but on returning on Saturday April 9th 2022, the buyer was told that there was a payment of 97 dollars for the oil change. When asked what happened to the 2year or 24 k oil change the buyer was told that they never purchased the package that covered the “FREE” OIL CHANGE. So what was the lie about free oil change on the purchase day? I called to enquire and the first person hang up on me. I called again and this I was sent to a different guy who took a message and promised a call back before the end of the day . No call back no explanation as to why they lied to us. Buyers beware of promises made at this dealership and if there is one have it in writing because these people will deny you in broad daylight. Shame on Rusty Walls. This is the second time we are getting a raw deal from this dealer in less than a year. More

They also answer the phone which is nice instead of voicemail or constant ringing like other service centers. Make sure to ask for Greg and Jeff in service! Their new express service lanes have awesome technology and measure tread depth and alignments and such as you enter all automated! A dealer that invests in latest and greatest is serious about their customers! :) More
