Overall rating could be 5 stars if the new car buying process would be flexible enough to accommodate customer preferences. Specifically, I requested we forgo discussion of dealer add-on packages as I ha process would be flexible enough to accommodate customer preferences. Specifically, I requested we forgo discussion of dealer add-on packages as I had no interest in paying for options I did not want. They insisted on offering them anyway and forcing me to refuse them. The same was true for the Finance office...I had to sit through all the extra service packages being offered even though I said up front I would not be buying anything extra. The length of the entire purchase process could have been cut in half had my wishes been respected, but instead time was wasted for me and for the dealer staff. On the plus side, staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Jesse Baez for his efforts in making sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. More

A year ago I took my family member to buy a car from this dealer. We picked a new Honda Civic with a promise of oil change for 2 years or 24k miles whichever came first. First service at 5k was free but on r dealer. We picked a new Honda Civic with a promise of oil change for 2 years or 24k miles whichever came first. First service at 5k was free but on returning on Saturday April 9th 2022, the buyer was told that there was a payment of 97 dollars for the oil change. When asked what happened to the 2year or 24 k oil change the buyer was told that they never purchased the package that covered the “FREE” OIL CHANGE. So what was the lie about free oil change on the purchase day? I called to enquire and the first person hang up on me. I called again and this I was sent to a different guy who took a message and promised a call back before the end of the day . No call back no explanation as to why they lied to us. Buyers beware of promises made at this dealership and if there is one have it in writing because these people will deny you in broad daylight. Shame on Rusty Walls. This is the second time we are getting a raw deal from this dealer in less than a year. More
