So one the biggest issues I had with this dealership was that they kept promising my car would be in by a certain date and it never would, it took about a month to get my car when they said it would only be that they kept promising my car would be in by a certain date and it never would, it took about a month to get my car when they said it would only be a week. Talked with the sales manager about a Honda Accord Sport 2.0t they had available. The general manager sent me a email for a appointment. I arrived at the dealer about 2 hours before my appointment. This person stepped inside. A few minutes pass. Person steps out and tells me the vehicle I had a appointment for was sold. Frustrated and Upset!! The lack of disrespect to not notify me.
