Everything went smoothly when I had to replace my battery. My only beef was my car was about 100 miles past my 36,000 mile / 3 year warranty when the battery died, and I was told that the battery man battery. The Dealership where I bought my car (Rusty Wallace Honda) was totally great. The new battery was installed quickly, and my car had been washed when it was returned to me. More

Right mirror plate came off and I know it was damaged before but I had been able to reattach and after bringing car in for service it was completely gone. Also service scheduler is not intuitive I recent before but I had been able to reattach and after bringing car in for service it was completely gone. Also service scheduler is not intuitive I recently moved to this area and the other Honda service I was dealing with was a lot easier to schedule service. Overall kind of disappointed with experience. More
