Extended Service Agreement purchased with new vehicle. Service department charging for services covered under this agreement. I waited for over 5 minutes to be greeted even though I was the only one waiting. It wouldn't have been a big deal, except the 1st thing that was said to me when they came out, was "You'll be getting a sur was the only one waiting. I informed them I had a coupon before service was started and when they gave me the invoice, no coupon was applied. When I pointed this out, he didn't apologize or anything. He just reprinted the invoice with a coupon applied and handed it to me while talking to another service advisor. The amount was still wrong, but I was over it at this point and just paid and left. The service advisor seemed to be alone so I understand the time it took him to approach me. He didn't try to upsell me which is awesome. I give him a 5 star. Now to the reason for the 3 star. I know it sounds petty, however my vehicle doesn't have seat memory and is very hard to put back where I had it. Moving it on me infuriates me to no end. The car wash left water spots allover the car. I didn't mention I would like them to not wash the car, so unfortunately I have to eat that one. Still mad though. The service time and price was reasonable. So far all seems well. More
