I was waiting to submit my feedback until I was able to finalize the cancellation of the add-ons. My experience with Carlos was decent. He was very responsive. He even said if I was unsure about something while he and I talked, it was to hold off. That alone made me feel better about deciding to move forward on the purchase of the vehicle, even though there was a discrepancy on the price listing on cars.com that brought me in in the first place. I didn’t push it and accepted the price given to me when I went in, even though Carlos said there was nothing in writing on the site to signal the price online was an error. Towards the end of our conversation before he went to detail the car I selected, I did state I was uneasy about going back to finance. I wish he would have said if you’re unsure about something back there then it’s ok to hold off too. That is preventing me from labeling his service exceptional. But my rating did go from a 1 to a 2 because of Carlos. So, my finance experience: My initial thought was that if I was having a hard time deciding on the add ons presented, I should have asked for time on my own to research and decide if I really wanted them. John certainly didn’t give me that option. (He later explained dealerships don’t work that way). He wanted an answer then, and so I signed to get them, and then of course had buyer’s remorse. Up until this point, I took responsibility for all that, I should have asked to come back to sign, but honestly it didn’t even occur to me. The pressure is definitely on when you go into finance. Still, I was willing to give the dealership an overall decent rating, but I’m currently struggling with the LoJack cancellation. I spoke to John went to get my plates. I explained was I was feeling. Even though the LoJack contract states it is cancellable, John said I would not be able to cancel it because it was “dealer’s choice”. I don’t know if that’s even legal, but I know he certainly didn’t make mention of it when I was signing. And dealer’s choice is nowhere on the contract. It does state it can be cancelled. I thought I had to go through the dealership for that, but since John said the dealership is choosing not to cancel it, I’ll call the number on the LoJack contract to see what recourse I have because I really don’t want it. And I’ll submit a poor rating here in the meantime. More

The fact that I can see people from so many nationalities in the express service area is why I will alw see people from my own working in businesses. I drove my car for 2 weeks with 'Maintenance Due Soon' notice popping up. Got tired of listening to the ping every time I got in the car so finally called Rusty Wallace to see when I could bring the car i notice popping up. The nicest lady told me the openings for the next day and I chose the 1 pm spot. I arrived the next day and met Express Advisor James Rice who took great care of me. He answered all my questions and explained the services needed to be done. He kept me appraised of my car's progress. I was very impressed by the treatment I received from everyone I spoke to. So glad my car doesn't ping at me anymore. More
