Sales agent told me that Honda care package is mandatory and did not discussed that there is an option of ordering the car to opt out from it as per their manager. Also he told me that he will send the car’ and did not discussed that there is an option of ordering the car to opt out from it as per their manager. Also he told me that he will send the car’s sticker price to me but he did not. The last page of the booklet safety checklist is not checked. More

I had an appointment to take care of a recall, actually two recalls. Arrived at 10 AM and my car was taken in and I waited about 30 minutes for a shuttle driver who took me home. Later when the car was fin two recalls. Arrived at 10 AM and my car was taken in and I waited about 30 minutes for a shuttle driver who took me home. Later when the car was finished the same shuttle driver picked me up and took me back to the dealership. Very courteous and safe driver. All interactions with this dealer today were excellent. More
