THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT! 2023 Tacoma heat/ac issues. I took my truck there four times and they still could not identify the issue! After speaking to the rudest service manager I have ever encountered I made an appointment with Toyota of Kingsport. Day one Ryan with Toyota of Kingsport called to say they had identified the issue. The evaporator coil is freezing. They are working on it now! They also found that recent recall work had been coded incorrectly and would need to be done bc it wasn’t unclear if Rusty Wallace had completed the rear axle recall that I thought they did 3 months ago! Don’t waste your time at Rusty Wallace Toyota of Morristown!!! More
