Worst experience ever with a dealership. I purchased my car when this was Fenton Nissan. Now it's Rusty Wallace Nissan. There were 2 recalls on my car. I made appointment twice and took I purchased my car when this was Fenton Nissan. Now it's Rusty Wallace Nissan. There were 2 recalls on my car. I made appointment twice and took my car over there. They knew what I was coming for. Both times they didn't have the parts on hand to fix my car! Then when I complained to the GM he told me that he didn't sell me that car, Fenton did, and it wasn't his problem then kicked me out of their dealership. Worst experience ever and I will never be back. I suggest trying one of the other nissan dealerships if you are looking for service. These guys don't have a clue and their customer service sucks!! We traded in our truck, we were trying to sell it actually. For a car that would get good fuel economy. Our sales rep, Zach was very friendly and helpful, as well as patient with us. Ever since purchasing our 2017 Titan XD in 2017 from a Nissan dealer, we have had issues with the parking brake loosening. Very early on in our ownership, we brought the truck to a Nissan repair shop and Nissan dealer, we have had issues with the parking brake loosening. Very early on in our ownership, we brought the truck to a Nissan repair shop and they did extensive repair and replacement of some parts. Throughout the years we brought the truck back to various Nissan repair shops in Florida and Tennessee for the same issue (we live part time in Florida and part time in TN). Every Nissan repair shop took care of the issue, recognizing it is a warranty covered issue, except when we brought it to Rusty Wallace. They claimed they did not see any history of this repair in their system, and that it is not covered by warranty. Thank God we kept copies from all repairs and showed it to them. They still refused and charged us to fix the brake. The customer service manager is quite rude and unaccommodating and the General Manager, G Morris, couldn’t care less. I brought the matter to his attention via email and his reply was: “Researching now.” That was the very last time I heard from him. The customer service manager also stated that there is NO warranty at all on the parking brake system, even though that is a blatantly false statement. We ended up bringing the truck to a Nissan repair shop in Florida and they made the necessary repairs without question. They were also able to very easily see the history of repairs in their system, when Rusty Wallace’s service manager claimed she did not see anything. We will never go back to Rusty Wallace and we will certainly never purchase our next vehicle from them. More
