The service department at Rusty Wallace Nissan took great care of me. My car needed the ECM replaced. Nissan had a service bulletin on that part, so I was able to get it fixed for a fraction of what the cost care of me. My car needed the ECM replaced. I purchased a new 2017 Pathfinder from Fenton Nissan in 2017. Then I purchased a Rogue in 2018. Shortly after Fenton sold to Rusty Wallace. They stood by prior agreements and took care of me. This year 2017. Then I purchased a Rogue in 2018. Shortly after Fenton sold to Rusty Wallace. They stood by prior agreements and took care of me. This year the engines and transmissions had issues. I had an extended warranty which covered the engine and then I spoke with the Nissan corporation-Ms Edwinna- and they again took care of me and fixed my transmission. I was treated like family with this dealership- from Kristy in customer service to Kayla the service manager and Sara and Sean in service. Even though they did not sale me they vehicles - they stood by their product and me. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. TY again More

My daughter and I received exceptional service today. I mean 10 star service people! Things started with DayDay Corum. He is a true gentleman. Kind, courteous, and so professional. I was a tad bit anxious because I had no money to pay down, but he gave us a really SWEET deal! To make things even better, financing was done on site, using top notch Credit Unions like ORNL, TVA and UTFCU. This was such a time saver. Next we met with Frank Castillo to finalize things. He is super cool and has 30 plus years of knowledge in the car business. The extended warranty plan he recommended was mind blowing! I haven't had any plan like that explained to me ever, in my car buying years. It covered so so much! I am sold on Rusty Wallace Nissan, Clinton Highway, Knoxville, TN. A lifetime customer for sure. Recently my husband and I were in a terrible accident that totaled my Pathfinder. I was in a terrible frame of mind and not at all looking forward to the daunting task of finding a new vehicle, dealing with car salesmen, finance guys, and all the details involved in buying a vehicle. From the time we drove on the lot we were treated with true southern hospitality, empathy for what we had gone through, and shown all the patience in the world as we asked all our questions. Our salesman, Zack was amazing, he is by far the best car salesman that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Cougar shared the history of the vehicle, including being previously owned by a local hero, Vietnam Veteran and former POW, having spent 7 years of torture in a military camp in Vietnam. My husband is also a vet and everyone thanked him for his service and treated him with great respect. John, “the finance guy” was so much more than that, he explained every dollar of our deal, answered every question and did so with patience and a level of detail allowing us to walk away with a complete understanding of what we had just financed. Last but certainly not least, is Christy the service manager, again, WOW! She was a pure delight, detail oriented, super friendly and again explaining every nuance of what the plan was for putting the diamond ceramic on my Armada. I never thought I would own such a gorgeous vehicle and at a fabulous price too. I can quite honestly say this was by far the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had and we will absolutely be back!! More
