They were very polite and knowledgeable. They even helped me out with a discount I didn’t know about and were helping other guests with coupons etc. Friendly, convenient, and affordable. When we made it to the dealership they were very busy, but James was quick to assist us with looking at a few options for our family. After the test drive, we had our trade in valued. After we got some numbers on our trade in, there was no pressure to make a decision. This is very important, because my wife will absolutely not buy anything if she feels pressured. I hate when dealerships try to pull the whole "well if you don't take it now, you might not get this again". We will gladly take our money elsewhere. We never got anything like this during our visit. James was a super guy and made the whole car looking/testing/buying an excellent experience. This is our second Kia purchased at Rusty Wallace Kia, and it is experiences like this one that will keep is coming back when looking for a vehicle. More

Lost a customer over $150 We bought a car that was under warranty but the software was not updated. The dealership refused to help. To shut us up, they said they would reimbu We bought a car that was under warranty but the software was not updated. The dealership refused to help. To shut us up, they said they would reimburse us if we paid $145 for the upgrade. We did get the software updated at our expense. We called them several times and they continued to lie about sending us a check. It has been over 5 months and they are still giving us the ole "The check is in the mail" story. More
