Very nice staff and very helpful. I am very pleased with your staff, but very unhappy with KIA in general. KIA did an update and now my radio doesn't work. Your staff tried everything to fix it, but was unable to get it repaired. They said all I could do is call consumer affairs and was given the number to call them. I called the same evening and felt I got nowhere. We planned to buy a new KIA this coming year, but this may change if there they don't respond. I do understand it can take time to figure out the way to repair, but I really am not sure they were even listening when I called them. Your service people have always been very courteous and they really tried to help and I sincerely respect them for that. More

Having a key programmed I left work yesterday at 5 and drove out to have an extra key to my 2018 Kia made. It wasn't an emergency or anything like that. Chris Norton in the service dept went above and beyond to help me with a smile on his face and enthusiasm. I knew it was getting close to closing time, and my key was no emergency, but he took care of this and I left right at closing with my key. When I encounter people like I have at Rusty Wallace Kia like my salesman, Lee and then Chris, Allison and others when I've come in for service, I am made keenly aware of the difference between using a dealership and using a place like CarMax where you're pretty much on your own. I will be a customer of Rusty Wallace Kia for a long time. That's for sure. I have no doubt that I made a good decision to buy my sweet Kia Soul there. More
