Best car buying experience. Had went by a couple differant car dealers before we went here. To be honest we had all but decided it was not meant for us to trade our van in. They were very patient as we asked alot of questions and when we set out our bounderies for our budget. They searched to find what we were looking for and where we needed to be. I am writing this review to share my opinion and overall experience with the Rusty Wallace dealership north location. I have never owed a Kia before and knew of them but not much other then the commercials experience with the Rusty Wallace dealership north location. I have never owed a Kia before and knew of them but not much other then the commercials I saw on T.V. I was driving an Isuzu Axiom 2002 and had enjoyed the car for years but knew it was getting older and less reliable. My husband and I had bought it used in 2006. I saw your commercial and heard from some others about your dealership guaranteeing a $5000.00 trade allowance as long as the car was running. So, I went to the Kia dealership closest to me which is the new Kia north dealership this Wednesday, March 26, with the intent of trading my car but wasn't at first planning on buying new. I initially had talked to Darren Scholle over the phone earlier to confirm the $5000 allowance and he told me yes. I wasn't able to get to the dealership till around 6:30pm that evening and Darrell wasn't there so we dealt with salesman, Rodney Stephens. First, told him what we wanted was possibly the Rio hatchback, and he pulled it around but It was more than I realized. As my husband and I were waiting and looking around, I saw the Kia Soul and looked inside and liked that it was roomy but more compact, but again was thinking in terms of used with what I originally told Rodney that we wanted as a car payment. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and we sat down and he took all our information so he could get our credit history. It was getting later, so he told me to give him the opportunity to look at everything they had and come up with what they could offer for Thursday. He did as he said, and contacted me back and forth on Thursday to try to help me with my search for a car. He found a used vehicle within the price range I requested(so he did his job quite sufficiently)but of course, no warranty, meaning no guarantee, so I told him no deal for me. During the day, I thought about the whole picture and when we talked again I told him I really liked the Kia Soul so if they would give me the $5000 allowance with the warranty that is offered plus stay within a certain price range, I would go with that. My husband and I went to the dealership Thursday evening around 7:00pm and Rodney had two Kia's and price sheets that I could choose from that worked within the boundaries I had asked for. I made my choice to go with a 2014 White Kia automatic, we test drove first and I was very impressed with the car. He had us sign some documents and then handed us over to Darren Scholle, who was very professionally and friendly as well. He took his time to explain everything in detail, and told us that customer service is their number one concern, not just selling the car. He took us in and we met with the closing guy, Ditto, and we signed all the papers to seal the deal. Then Darren took us out to the car and proceed to show us all the features and even took the time to sync my I-Phone with my Bluetooth connect in the car. He gave us his cards and continued to tell us that if we had any other questions to call them or even come by the dealership with help for anything we needed. Again, expressed that we would always have a loaner car when we came in for oil changes and that their prices are compatible to the going rate outside of the dealership. I would rate our car buying experience with this dealership at the highest-a 10! Main reason is because buying a new car can be a stressful experience being such a big decision and knowing the right choice to make. My husband and I felt such peace knowing we had invested in a well built car and that the staff went above and beyond the call of "their job" to ensure we went out satisfied, not only with the car purchase that we made but that this was going to be a genuine relationship with Kia for years to come. I love my new Kia Soul and would and will recommend this Dealership and Kia products to all I come in contact with! These gentlemen deserve recognization for their part in making our experience, VERY PLEASANT. More

My wife and I had been looking for a car for some time. I began communicating w/Darren via email about a month ago, and he kept asking me questions about what we were looking for. We discussed models, pricin began communicating w/Darren via email about a month ago, and he kept asking me questions about what we were looking for. We discussed models, pricing, options, etc. Some days I would e-mail Darren several times with the most annoying questions. He never got impatient, or stopped looking for the car we wanted until he finally found it. We were treated great once we went in for the test drive. Darren answered all of our questions about the particular car we finally ended up with. He was great to work with ! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good deal to go and ask for Darren Scholle. Then, once we went to speak with Scott - the Business Manager, he also was great to work with. He answered our questions about extended warranties, and they even stayed almost an hour past their normal closing time to be sure that we were taken care of ! It has been over 20 years since I bought a car from a dealership, BUT had I known how much someone would take care of us, I wouldn't have waited so long. I can only hope their service department is as friendly and helpful as the sales staff !!! More

I tried several other comparable vehicles and decided that it was the best one for me based on the various warranties, pricing for the number of amenities provided, and has a great mpg on the highway.
