A very satisfied first time buyer! I have been looking at a Kia Forte to purchase for the last year or so. I went down about 6 months ago and wasn't able to work out a deal that I was c I have been looking at a Kia Forte to purchase for the last year or so. I went down about 6 months ago and wasn't able to work out a deal that I was comfortable with considering I didn't have a full time job it was completely understandable that I wouldn't get a newer car for a very low $$ amount per month. About a week later I found out I was expecting I messed around and finally got myself a full time job and made my fiancé go down to the dealership to ask about the $6500 trade in for a new car he originally talked to Adam Fair who was very helpful and assuring he could help me find just a plain Jane base model 2015 forte. I kept putting off going to the car lot because my hormones just can't handle getting my hopes up. We went down Saturday afternoon(11/22/14) ,and learned Adam was busy with another customer as soon as he got a free minute he introduced us to BJ, who just so happened to be the gentleman who helped me the last time I come to the dealership and couldn't find a comfortable payment. I was exstatic he knew what I wanted from talking the last time the only difference was this time I could actually afford to get a car. Within 5 minutes he had us in a full loaded 15 Kia Forte EX in the color I wanted we took a drive and fell in love he knew it was exactly what I wanted (even though I was only going to get a base model) he had us check to see if I was comfortable with the payments on the full loaded on. We did and low and behold he worked his pants off to make sure I got in that car that day and I couldn't be more in love with my car! I really appreciate all the hard work and even though it was a little time consuming we were all patient and understood what needed to be done and what price I was comfortable at. I would recommend working with BJ or Adam a million times. It's my very first car I've ever purchased and they made sure I was happy with what I was leaving in. They even put a big red bow on it so I could be a little more proud of it????. Thanks again BJ you rock! More

Awesome!!!! Wow! We were treated awesome at Rusty Wallace Kia. We have multiple KIA dealerships in our area. I personally called or visited them (3). One wanted m Wow! We were treated awesome at Rusty Wallace Kia. We have multiple KIA dealerships in our area. I personally called or visited them (3). One wanted me to buy what they had on the lot,(not what I wanted at all). The second seemed only interested in getting me there even though they didn't have what I wanted. The third, well they wanted me to buy what they could find close to what I wanted, never mind it didn't have the package I wanted. We was told by all three they could get me what I wanted in a few weeks, ordering it but they told me no one would take my 2014 SX Sorento for trade in and sell me 2015 SX Sedona for what I was willing to pay. Well all were WRONG! I did travel about 90 minutes to Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville but it was worth it. I was treated with respect. My wants, needs and thoughts mattered. It was a great experience. I recommend the extra time it may take you to get there. I talked to our salesman multiple times on the phone before going, I was hesitant but he was a man of his word. I took my 2013 Kia Soul in for a oil change a I just wanted to give the Service Dept. a pat on the back for excellent customer service and great work. I took my 2013 Kia Soul in for a oil change and to check my tire pressure light was on ( due to our extreme cold temp the pressure had changed). I was given a free loaner car and when I came to pick up my car it was vacuumed, washed and the window were cleaned. Talk about great service. Thank you all so much. Dusty Phillips was a fantastic man to deal with he was honest, and very trustworthy. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars that we test drove and very patient until we found the perfect car for us. We bought the 2015 Kia Optima and we are so happy with our purchase. Ditto went through everything so well with us financially and got us out fast! Brian Kitts made us feel very welcome there and made us feel like we were appreciated.
