But I had a very patient salesperson, Adam Fair, who spent hours giving me information abut each Kia model, from sorento to rio to forte to Optima and driving each one. Adam is very knowledgeable about the Kia and able to answer questions about differences in each model. He took time and was friendly and introduced me to Jake Bull and other staff who were present. He offered me a place to sit down to read brochures and offered bottled water and coffee, as well as a bathroom break. Adam found the color car I wanted, Smokey Blue. He also explained differences in prices of SX and other package types. Adam and Jake assisted in getting to financing, and Mr Moore helped in contacting my insurance company in the purchase of my 2015 Kia Optima. I look forward to working with the service department, and Adam introduced me to 3 of the men who work in Service. More

So happy I cried!! After speaking with Shannon Stone over the phone just a few minutes earlier, I walked into the dealership almost 100% certain I was going to be leavin After speaking with Shannon Stone over the phone just a few minutes earlier, I walked into the dealership almost 100% certain I was going to be leaving with a different car than I arrived. I was ready to get rid of my old car (it was starting to develop fidgets that I just KNEW would turn it into a problem child!!) and find something newer, with less miles, and with more "bells and whistles!" I drove a Hyundai Sonata and decided that's probably what I was taking home, until they pulled a Chrysler 200 out of the garage. Freshly cleaned, loaded, less than 15k miles, and 6 cylinders!! 1 lap around the block and I had to have it! Well, sadly I owed more on the old car than what it was worth -significantly more - but Shannon made it work. After some time waiting on an answer from the bank (I also got a fabulous rate!!) and filling out paperwork, I left the lot with an AMAZING car that I never even considered due to the price, but it's perfect! My experience with the staff was amazing! Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and polite; any questions or concerns I voiced were answered in detail; and by the end of the day, I was very, VERY happy with the deal, the car, and the customer service! I'm going to be recommending this dealership to everyone in town!! Every associate I spoke with was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all PATIENT with me.
