Excellent warranty service! We experienced tire problems with our new K900 shortly after we returned to our summer home in Abingdon, VA. Since Rusty Wallace Kia, Callahan Dr., wa We experienced tire problems with our new K900 shortly after we returned to our summer home in Abingdon, VA. Since Rusty Wallace Kia, Callahan Dr., was our closest dealer, we called and spoke with Jamie Hutson. Jamie was such a nice professional guy! After we drove the car to the dealership and left it, he began testing the vehicle the next morning. He kept us advised of the tests he had conducted and actually advised us of Kia's intentions before we heard from the Kia Preferred Customer Agent in California. Kia replaced the tires with Continental tires! What a difference in the ride! We love our K900! Thanks to you, Jamie, for recommending them! More

Purchased a used Kia Sportage I was first helped by Mr. Fred, and fell in love with a used Kia Sportage. He told me about all the features that was included.( which included remote I was first helped by Mr. Fred, and fell in love with a used Kia Sportage. He told me about all the features that was included.( which included remote security system, remote keyless entry) . I got a good deal on my trade in, and I thought it sounded too good to be true. I went out to get into my new, used car. And to my surprise, the floor mats were missing? Adam got some from another vehicle for me, so nice. Adam then handed me the keys, literally just keys. When I asked him about the remote door locker thingy, he had to go inside to ask. He said that he would try to find it for me, and that he would call shortly. Four hours later, I called him and I swear this is what he told me. " it seems like your car, that particular model, wasn't set up for a remote opener. The service department is checking to see if they can install one for you". I had to make a trip to the car lot the next morning, and I dealt with Jacob, who was so nice to re explain how my rare vehicle just " wasn't made for it" The plan was for the service department to install one, and we split the cost. 87.00 each. I was given a loaner car for the day. Came home, got on the website, found my vehicle, and printed off the info. 8 hrs. later I went back to get my car, Jacob met me outside, and I told him about the remote key bob listed, he said " at the bottom is a line that says that isn't right" and walked away. I was then handed an after market key bob, like you get at an auto store for $59.00. Customer service is not a priority for this place. I have heard of salesman not being truthful, but this ridiculous. I was never given an answer as to what happened to the security system, and the remote doesn't even work. More

When my wife and I visited Rusty Wallace Kia North we expected the usual high pressure sales pitch, low trade in value, etc. Our sales person was Ad When my wife and I visited Rusty Wallace Kia North we expected the usual high pressure sales pitch, low trade in value, etc. Our sales person was Adam Fair who made us feel welcome from the beginning, and was a pleasure to deal with. During our visit we also had the opportunity to talk with Tony Baily (sales manager), and Brandon Belue. All three were very courteous, friendly and did not high pressure us at all. I would normally not buy a vehicle on the first visit, even though we really liked the truck we looked at. After talking, they dropped their price to what I thought was very reasonable, and gave us a very good price for our trade in. We feel we got a very good buy, but....the way we were treated was what sold us on the vehicle and this dealership. We took our Tundra back a few days later to have a protective coating applied, and their after sale service was perfect. If you want a great auto buying experience...go to Rusty Wallace Kia - North and ask for Adam, Tony or Bandon...they will do you right! We will do business Rusty Wallace Kia in the future. More

I had made an appointment with Adam to look around while my Sportage was being serviced; and ended up leaving with a new 2015 Kia Forte 5. Adam Fair was again my salesman and was completely patient with me as I wanted to see several vehicles. There was zero sales pressure and I would very highly recommend Adam to any future customers. Every single person in this dealership was friendly and I appreciated the no pressure atmosphere which you rarely find in a dealership. Thank you to the whole team that worked with me! More
