Sales experience was great.... service dept not so much I loved the sales process. It was easy and wasn’t high pressure. However, I had an issue with my back up camera working and called the service dept an I loved the sales process. It was easy and wasn’t high pressure. However, I had an issue with my back up camera working and called the service dept and was told that I could bring it in, but I would have to wait and it would be a long wait because they were busy. I wasn’t offered an appointment and the gentleman was quite rude. I had bought the car THREE DAYS PRIOR. I can’t give 5 stars because the service dept has no concept of customer service. I was shocked because this is the second car I’ve purchased from there. More
