It was a bad day, until Our Halloween morning started with my 10 year old vehicle breaking down. A not so happy Halloween. My husband & I contemplated fixing the old girl up, but just didn't think there was too much life left in her. We came home, I filled out a quick questionnaire on Rusty Wallace and went about looking into car repair shops. A few minutes later our detector went off, alerting us that we had furnace issues. Come on!!! My phone rang, and it was Brandon with Rusty Wallace Kia. Poor guy called at the wrong time, we were at max stress level. I explained the situation & told him we'd be out later, but not to count on any purchase with recent string of events. He was polite & understanding. Most people dread car shopping, we are no different. It's not very fun. I will say that each person we dealt with was compassionate, friendly, easy to work with, and really seemed to care. We did leave Rusty Wallace with a 2018 Kia Optima & could not be more happy with the experience. We'll be in the market for another car soon & I'm positive we'll be making a second purchase with Rusty Wallace Kia. You were all so great! Thank you! More
