Simply put: WOW Let me begin this review by saying that I enjoyed my experience with Rusty Wallace and their entire crew so much that my wife and I purchased a second Let me begin this review by saying that I enjoyed my experience with Rusty Wallace and their entire crew so much that my wife and I purchased a second vehicle the very next day. My wife and I were in the market for a new Kia Optima while also having a trade-in, after searching AutoTrader and the other vehicle searching websites we came across a Kia on Parkside Kia’s lot. We began with Parkside Kia, who after dealing with the crew at Rusty Wallace Kia, we discovered that Parkside was trying to scoop our trade offering $10,000 less on a trade in than Rusty Wallace. $10,000 difference!! The payment difference was a little over $300/month also. Again, the next day we purchased another Optima from Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan after they offered us $5,000 more for our other trade in than the Parkside offer. Mike, Remo, Brandon, Ben and the rest of the crew at RW Kia were excellent, honest and kind to us throughout the entire process; and our payments are excellent as well If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, look no further than Rusty Wallace Kia!!
