Overall fair. Very personable staff. No gotchas. Lee was a very nice person to work with. He did listen to what I was looking for, unfortunately the vehicle I was in love with was just a pinch out of Lee was a very nice person to work with. He helped me find a "next best" that was good enough (plus had heated seats). Normally I am a much tougher negotiator, but this time I did not have the time or patience to engage such tactics. Still, Kelly Blue Book says the price falls within the fair-value range, the vehicle meets my needs, and I was off the lot in time to get my daughter's car back to her so she could go to work. I am solidly satisfied. More
