Lied about replacements, wasted time. I wish the service drive would quit lying to me. I am proud of Kia and I am proud of my 2014 Optima SXL, but this dealership and every other one in I wish the service drive would quit lying to me. I am proud of Kia and I am proud of my 2014 Optima SXL, but this dealership and every other one in Tennessee are lazy. Y'all might think water in a taillight is not your problem and "Screw it, ain't my car." is said in your shop a lot. You might think I'm some idiot customer that comes in getting things done on warranty just because I can. You might get tired of seeing me over things you consider small. The truth is, I'm proud of this car and I think Kia and it's dealers should stand behind the quality they claim to standardize. Well, y'all replaced my outer tail lights once and told me you double gasketed them. They were great until the passenger tail light got full of water. I brought it back in, for the tail light and the creaking sunroof, NOT AT ALL expecting you to replace the tail light again. You tell me y'all added another gasket. I asked if it had 3 and was told 2. That bothered me considering when they were replaced, it was supposed to have 2 gaskets then, which is a TSB by the way. The water got worse, great, but y'all did a great job on the sunroof just not putting it back together because the tech screwed the window seal in the back passenger seat up something fierce. As I was leaving, service writer told me the bolts holding the tail light in were loose and they tightened them. So I took it upon myself to remove that tail light today to, you guessed it, air out the water. I removed it WITH MY FINGERS. Then I find out there's only ONE gasket. Where'd the other 3 go? Now, I have an appointment next Monday to have my audio system checked because it just makes high pitched noises when the map voice is speaking and to have that window seal fixed because the tech dug his fingers up under the rubber and jerked on it in the process of fixing my sunroof. At this point I have no faith in y'all. I'm convinced I'm going to get in my car to find that everything is half assed and that absolutely will not fly, especially with money coming out of my pocket due to the expiration of my warranty. I will give y'all another chance, and I'll change this post depending on what happens. More

The lady in the oil change part was 5 stars Im not too happy with your sales staff and haven't been since I bought the vehicle.
