Better experience than any other dealership! Almost 7 years ago I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento - best vehicle I've ever owned. All service was done at Rusty Wallace Kia - they are friendly, effic Almost 7 years ago I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento - best vehicle I've ever owned. All service was done at Rusty Wallace Kia - they are friendly, efficient and helpful. Not mention access to a courtesy car when needed! I recently decided to upgrade my vehicle but could not consider any other than a new Kia Sorento, however, the new technology was a bit overwhelming and I really loved my 2013 Sorento, so deciding to actually make the trade was hard. My sales representative was Tushar Shah and that could not have been a better match for my indecision. He was very helpful in showing me the new features and technology in the 2019 Sorento - he even knew the best color for me. Best of all, I did not feel pressured to make the decision to upgrade - I just knew this was right. Considering this is my second vehicle purchase from Rusty Wallace Kia anyone should see that I highly recommend this dealership - for both sales and service. Elizabeth Witt More

Turns out, our extended warranty ran out at 100,000 miles (I mis-understood terms during the sales process) I thought the 100,000 miles were added to the mileage the car had when we bought it. So, all in all, it cost us a little over $1600 to fix. The first day, in fact a few hours after I dropped the car off, a salesman called me at work to offer us a trade-in deal. I told him we still owe $3K on the car, and after the repair work we would definitely be "upside down" on the car. He kept confusing me with how they could work out a deal, and that I should let THEM fix the service issues. I was going to bring my wife down to talk a possible deal over one evening after work, but he kept texting me at work, wanting to know what time we were coming, when I had already told him my wife wouldn't know for sure if she would be available to come until after 2PM on Tuesday. After I told him this, PLUS the fact that Sara had called me to say some of the parts had to be ordered in from Atlanta, so she needed an answer asap in order to get the part(s) headed to Knoxville. When I told the salesman this, he told me I shouldn't have given permission to service dept for repairs ; even though he HAD NOT said anything about this before. He then started texting me several times to ask about what time we were coming, and this was around 11:30ish time frame and I thought I made myself clear earlier that I would not have an answer until after 2PM. This upset me, so I blocked his number and marked it as spam on my phone, so he wouldn't be able to get back in touch. I do not like being pushed for an answer, EVEN IF it is just to set-up an appointment. We had a great buying experience with RW Kia in 2014 when we bought the Forte (we bought it thru the online sales, by the way) and this salesman did not ever get pushy with me. In fact, after we did a test drive, my wife noticed a chipped place on the windshield and he promised us to replace the windshield if we bought it ; which we DID buy it, and he did get us a new windshield. I would go so far as to say that when we do get ready to trade, we will probably come back to Rusty Wallace Kia ; but I still won't be pushed. More
