Customer Service at RW Kia is always A+ I had to take my vehicle in to have 3 recalls completed. As always, I was greeted by a kind team member. Derrick is the man! My family was on a road trip from Chicago to Pigeon Forge and we experienced a lift gate latch failure during our stop in Lexington Ky. It was Saturday and the Car Town Kia was no help in Lexington, so I called Rusty Wallace in Knoxville and told Derrick we were in a bad spot and he made it a priority to get us in even though they were booked solid. He knew we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and he got us taken care of. They replaced the back lift gate latch on our 2017 Sorento under warranty and had us on our way. I owe he and his service guys for getting our road trip safely back under way. Thanks again Derrick and the whole service department. More
