She’s so cool & always making you laugh while providing PHENOMENAL service! I’ve had 2 vehicles with this service center within the last year. I had a 2015 Kia Optima & she put me in a Sorento for a loaner. BEST DECISION EVER. Shortly after, I was headed to the sales department... where I got my new 2019 Kia Sorento. Amazing, the gold standard in service Impressed from the moment I walked through the door. Was immediately greeted, and welcomed. The Kia rep asked how they might be of assistance. The 25 point inspection was shown to me, and I was given a completion time. I was offered a cold drink and snacks. I also noticed the free WIFI and a charging station. I sat in a comfortable chair; after a few moments the rep approached to show me the engine filter, and the cabin filter. He asked if I would like to have them replaced. One quick glance was all I needed to say yes. He went to the back and brought out the new items in factory cartons, scanned them to my account, and passed them to the technician. Everything was in plain visibility, leaving nothing to question. A little while later, I was offered a complimentary car wash. I kept thinking to myself ,”is this place for real”? My background is sales management and training; high standards are my norm. Your organization far surpassed any expectations I had. Thank you for a most surprising, pleasant experience. More

New car I was treated great. Picked out a 2020 Kia soul. Mars Orange is the color. After financials were done, we went to Weigels to get my fill up. Pumps wer I was treated great.
