When I took my car in for service, the service department gave me a fairly accurate estimate of the time it would take, and when my vehicle was ready, the Service Advisor, Bryan Johnson, explained the maintenance that had been done on my car, and addressed a minor concern that I had about my vehicle. He even added a reminder to my vehicle's service record about having the front brakes serviced the next time I bring my car in for maintenance. He is friendly and thorough, and professional. More
