We bought a brand new 2021 Telluride. The dash pad had some poor quality stitching. It was in for replacement. When picking up the car the attendant drove it like it was his own (not very carefully). This gave us the indication we needed to look closely at the work that’s been done. Upon looking we noticed the plastic trim pieces that were removed had been damaged by whatever tools they used. I do car repair and I don’t allow that type of work period. When asked about it I was told it was part of the repair to leave signs of the work performed. Not the answer I was looking for or willing to accept. There is a scrape mark on the climate control head unit that is going to be replace. On top of that I specifically said that the windshield had been tinted and to be extra careful not to pry or scrape the surface since it will be easy to damage. Well there is damage and it will have to be replaced also. Not until the next sunny day did we notice that there is now a corner of the HUD that reflects on the windshield causing a blinding glare that I personally deem hazardous to driving conditions. Working for Denso in Maryville in the instrument cluster and HUD plant, I see and experience discussions about this very condition. It is extremely unsafe! We just wanted a new car and we have really gotten a very difficult experience first with sales and now with service! More

Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced when dealing with any auto repair.
