Generally over the past 6 years I have not had issues. I've only taken it to the Callahan location when there was not an opening. This last time I was having to bring in for a follow-up on my tail lig I've only taken it to the Callahan location when there was not an opening. This last time I was having to bring in for a follow-up on my tail lights. I had also asked them to check my driver rear tire bc the light came on with 26lbs of pressure. At the end of visit they said only air was needed. When I had brought it in for service oil change etc and the tail light - they also said it only needed air. However the last week every other day I'm needing air. Additionally if Kia is going to send out coupons and when clients present them at the beginning of the service time - the team should make note and follow up. I did not get the discount on my oil change. The time before I had to remind 2x for the discount. That's the reason for low stars on price this time. More

All representatives of your company that I came into contact during service on my car were very professional and I was well pleased. I have one thing I was not pleased about concerns my trip for mainten contact during service on my car were very professional and I was well pleased. I have one thing I was not pleased about concerns my trip for maintenance the time before this last trip I made to you several months ago. Your person that informs you what was done to my car informed me that my push button ignition apparition needed a new battery which you all replaced and charged me nearly $8.00 to replace it. This time my other starter apparition showed up as needing replaced so I ordered one from Ebay and replaced it myself. This is what makes me mad--it only cost $.50 cents. I have bought 4 Souls from you but after seeing how much you were over charging makes me reconsider buying another car from your dealership. This is a small thing to xxxxx about but it makes me wonder how much you are overcharging on the big items people buy from you. Thanks for listening to me. More
