Nick in the service department is rude and condescending. He had no sympathy or concern for the reason of my visit. Ok. You asked. I needed a headlight replaced. Drivers side low beam. I called a few days before to make sure the bulb was available. We had the passenger You asked. I needed a headlight replaced. We purchased the bulb from them and they replaced it for FREE. When I told the service manager this his response was, well we can't do that. I was very upset. Was going to charge me $57.00. I told him I would go back to Cookeville. We have purchased 3 KIA Sorento's from Rusty Wallace KIA in Alcoa. I was very upset. Just told them to replace the bulb. I just wanted to leave. Told him we would never purchase another car from them again. A different manager came out to talk to me and told me he would wave the labor charges. So I just paid for the bulb. This was all uncalled for. I had already been told over the that as long as it was a simple replacement they probably wouldn't charge me any labor. Just very upsetting. Should never have happened.
