The service is very bad. No updates on your car. Gave me 3 different dates that part would be in no o ne let me know the part didn't come in on each date. I am not at all convinced by multi point checks and 15000miles service (that’s what I was there). One of the Tire had low pressure and even after you did rotating the tires, no one checked the air pres 15000miles service (that’s what I was there).
